I had called your company back in April when my wife
was diagnosed with terminal cancer and she passed away
in May. I found your website and purchased a beautiful
cherry casket from you online. When the casket arrived
at the funeral home she was placed inside it and then
I was called to come in and view her. She looked absolutely
beautiful in the casket.
If fit my wife's personality perfect. I received so
many compliments at the funeral. It truly helped ease
the pain of my loss knowing that she was laid to rest
with such dignity and respect. I will highly recommend

I wanted to let you know the peace of mind our family
received and our pleasure at the quality of service
and your products at such a difficult time in our lives.
When our Mom passed away, we were unaware of your site
and, to be quite honest, we felt comfortable with the
home town funeral home providing all of the arrangements.
Our Mom's funeral cost about $15,000.00 ; the vault,
casket and the marker together cost $8,000.00 . At the
time we chalked it up to that's what a funeral services
cost but we were not very educated about the choices
that were available.
When our dad passed away about 3 years later, we made
several inquiries and decided that we could save a substantial
amount of money through the use of our computer and
your company. It seems at first to be a strange concept
---services via internet--- really it is not one when
you consider the high funeral costs. Let's face it,
we don't comparison shop for these items because of
the morbidness. We have learned to now.
After finding your site, contacting BBB and reading
your testimonials, I called your firm several different
times inquiring about your service and prices. Not only
were you available 24 hours a day, the kind voice and
phone manner was so reassuring. I was able to be educated
within these few phone calls and your website better
than making entire funeral arrangements for my mom a
few years previously.
All of the products we ordered arrived on time. We did
not have to double check with the funeral home or cemetery…..everything
was handled. Peace of mind was had for our family. The
service we chose for dad was very similar to my mom's
service but the cost was thousands less and it went
much smoother. Needless to say we will be calling again
to select a marker from you. Thank you again for yoru
service and you can count our family to be among your
supporters and recommenders.

I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate all
of your assistance in a very difficult time in my life.
My husband went home to Glory on March 21, 2008. We
were living in New Jersey but our family plot was in
Louisiana. It seems that the entire transportation and
funeral industry would “play on your sympathy” and take
advantage of the situation when something of the nature
happens.
To make a long story short, I knew that I wanted his
homecoming services to be as soon as possible. I had

a five minute period and you were very understanding
and knowledgeable. To those reading this letter, my
sister and I had to plan a funeral for two different
states, NY and FL for our mother. Because my husband
had seen an expose about the funeral business, I told
my sister that I didn't want to pay a ridiculous amount
of money for funeral services. We decided to research
